I have Jim Koen’s instructions to download barcoded borrower lists but since I have changed computer terminals since last year I no longer have the LIBRARY116 report in F2.
You still have LIBRARY116, you’re just not looking in the right place.
Once you have selected F2 the reports that you see listed are the “User Reports – these are locally designed reports that have been designed by either someone at your school or uploaded reports that have been designed by another TL for you to use. To see the “Sample Reports” – the ones designed by the OASIS team at Tech Support, you need to select S = Source and then “arrow” down to “Sample Reports” & press Enter.
BTW Tech Support will only “support” problems with the Sample Reports, they do not offer assistance with any User Reports because they do not have them.
