How does one accession magazines for kids?
There is a component of OASIS for periodicals B5 from the main menu. You have to set up the magazine’s details in A1 first. Once you’ve added the details you then select S = setup, and this is where is can get confusing to the uninitiated, you enter a formula according to how often the magazine is published.
There is another option. Instead of selecting Setup, choose I = issues and you can manually type in the details of the issues, (you can do as many as you want in advance).
When your periodical arrives you go to B5 B1 and follow the steps.
