Stocktake initialised twice

I was wondering if you know what happens when you initialise a section twice for stocktake. We initialised it last Thursday and forgot adn then did it again this morning. Firstly I didnt think it’d let us but it has. Secondly im not sure what will happen when we downlioad ie. which one will it enter into. Do I delete one of them. How? If so, Can I delete the one we did this morning as we have already downloaded some items inot the first one last Friday.
We do have a sheet with dates written on them to stop this sort of thing but we actually didnt look at it which of course doesnt help does it?
Ive logged a call to IT but they said they are very busy and I thought maybe you may have  some tips in the meantime.
