As I am going through around one zillion books to update PRC books, numbers, etc, I am noticing lots of annoying differences in how resources have been entered on OASIS in the location & classification areas (this is what happens when 2 different people relieve me while I holiday on class & at home for a while!). How can I get a list of these so I know what needs fixing? For example, the majority of fiction resources are entered as FIC F ABC. How do I get the list of ones entered as F F ABC or the ones with only F ABC (sorry, I’m at home & can’t remember what field comes first)?
You could print out a shelf list (B4 G4), then choose S = select and type in “From” Location = F, Classification = F, Suffix = AAA, “To” Location = F, Classification = F, Suffix = ZZZ
Repeat with the Location being “blank”.
