OASIS- locked out logon

Posted by bhs on October 27, 2010

Can’t refresh OASIS – comes up locked by other user.

This message comes up when I refresh OASIS so I can do new class lists for this term. All other terminals are logged out/off. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this.
Isn’t there also an Initialize all operators key, in the main menu? I’m at home and can’t remember what it is, but it logs off everybody who’s on?

Have you returned the circulation kiosk to the Main Menu (you don’t need to log right out)? Check your Enquiry kiosks, someone may have opened the “real” OASIS – the task bar to see if it has been minimised.. Also go to H2 on the Main Menu & select H2 – Disable Enquiry & select D.

If all these fail then log out of OASIS & log in again.
