In OASIS, L3/D1 is Operators….here you can Add new operators and Delete old ones. Check what Security groups the old one had so you can copy that to the new one. You will set a password for the new operator and when she logs into OASIS for the first time, she will be prompted to change the password (if I remember correctly).
You also need to enter an access code.
I am still looking for the codes but I can tell you that full access is 13478A and I think that to look only is 11.
