Stocktake access codes

I think you are asking about the access codes for your stocktake operator rather than the password which has no link to the level of operations it gives you access to except as being the password of a particular user if that makes sense. Rather than use my own top level access when doing stocktake entry, I have set up two operators in L3/D1 called Stocktake 1 and Stocktake 2. As we do direct entry rather than use a portable barcode reader my operators have the basic data entry access codes of 1C which allows access to H3 and no other stocktake operations. If you need more access than this Sue Lacey suggests 145B which allows access to H2 & H4 as well.
