Stocktake responsibility

The library stocktake is responsible for resources purchased with library funds, regardless of where they are housed. So if you have resources located in another part of the school then they do have to be stocktaken, however, if you have items such as textbooks on OASIS which are the property (and purchased by) another faculty), then they are responsible for any stocktaking of those items. The only exception would be software as many schools (at the auditors behest) have put all software onto OASIS Library, and I see that as being to responsibility of the CC to co-ordinate.
