We have textbooks on oasis here and a considerable number of students leave with them.Our unable to delete due to outstanding loan list after refresh is considerable. The idea of being able to change the students roll class to ‘left’ would solve so many issues.
How do I do this when the only fields able to edit in Oasis Borrower details B2/A1 are loan category and Number of items allowed and messages comment.
You need to go in to B1 C1 (System Parameters) and select C = Circulation. Press Enter down to “Student/Staff Module available (Y/N)” change the setting to N = No. Press Enter then Escape back to the main menu. Go in the B2 A1 and edit the particular student’s details. Once you finished doing that then go back in to System Parameters and change the setting back to Y = Yes. It is important that you do this otherwise when you refresh it will no actually work.
